Elasticity Is A Must-Have: Cloud infrastructure is built to scale-up and scale-down based on application requirements. However, traditional data protection has not evolved to leverage this elasticity.
Deduplication Needs To Be Reinvented: In traditional architecture, you had block-level deduplication, which does not work for distributed applications and non-relational databases.
